Planning permission has been gained for a building comprising 37 apartments on the site of the former Rose & Crown Pub, Godstone Road, Kenley. The apartments are a mixture of 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms, all with private balconies or terraces. The development also includes undercroft parking, landscaped grounds featuring a section of the River Bourne, and built to Milford's usual very high specification.
